Carrying Identification
You and each person in your group are responsible for carrying valid passports, visas, and any other documentation required for your destination(s). Passports should be valid for at least six (6) months beyond your return date. Children and infants must also carry required documentation. Failure to comply may result in denied boarding, delays, missed flights, missed tours, or denied entry into a country.
Entry and Exit Requirements
Each country has its own entry rules, including restrictions for past criminal offenses. A La Carte Travel Concierge does not control visa issuance. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid visas. Issuance of a visa does not guarantee entry, as local immigration officials make final decisions.
Denial or delay of entry for any reason is not grounds for refund.
Safety
Travel carries inherent risks. You are responsible for reviewing current travel advisories and safety information from the U.S. Government prior to and during travel. Please consult resources such as:
- U.S. State Department: www.state.gov
- TSA: www.tsa.gov
- CDC: www.cdc.gov
Participation in our services acknowledges that you accept all associated risks. A La Carte Travel Concierge is not liable for personal injury, property loss, delays, or other travel-related incidents.

You warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have legal authority to make travel bookings with A La Carte Travel Concierge. You agree to be financially responsible for all bookings made by you or your account.

Travel insurance is highly recommended and may protect against losses due to cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, baggage issues, supplier default, and other risks. Unless specifically stated, travel insurance is not included in your booking.
